Here are the details... The class is a 4-week series, one day per week. You can sign up for Wednesdays at 10a.m., or you can sign up for Saturdays at 10a.m. If you love the workout, and want to come twice per week, you can drop in on the other day and just pay the drop in fee
($15). It would be ideal to sign up for 2 days per week to get more of the physical benefits. However, these classes are designed to work with your schedule, so the second class will be optional... It is a light challenge with many health benefits, so why not try it!
