This meditation group includes practices
of deep breathing, relaxation, visualization, energization exercises,
chanting and time-tested meditation techniques
of concentration.
Our instructor is
Jiavanna, a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and
Ananda Meditation. She has been teaching and
meditating for over 20 years. Jiavanna follows
the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda*, in which
