What is National Night Out? (NNO). It is America’s Night Out against crime.  NNO involves citizens and law enforcement agencies from neighborhoods in over 10,000 communities in the US, Canada, and on military bases all over the world.

West Shore Wellness is happy to participate in National Night Out, as we are part of this wonderful community of people staying positive and encouraging wellness on all levels.  You could say we fall within the 3rd classification below, to "strengthen neighborhood spirit".  If we feel better as individuals, we are more likely to stay on a positive path in life. For this particular event, we are offering Chair Massage, Reflexology and Reiki Mini-sessions free to the public...

National Night Out is designed to:

1)Heighten awareness of prevention of crime and drug activity
2)Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs
3)Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
4)Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized
