(If you are in a series, you have a
reserved spot in class. If you are attending on a drop-in basis,
extra spots are usually available, but it is a good idea to arrive early
to make sure you get in.)
Beginners Welcome!
These classes are especially helpful for beginners.
We offer a gentle approach to yoga, incorporating elements of Vinyasa
and YogaFit styles. This approach provides a mild cardiovascular
workout as well as gentle challenges to increase flexibility, strength
and endurance. Classes will also focus on breathing and relaxing the
mind, allowing students to flow with ease through the yoga poses.
Modifications are given according to students' needs.

The YOGA Series'
are now based on an individual sign-up. In other words, you can
sign up for a series anytime. No need to wait for a specific set
