The calming and introspective nature of candlelight yoga can create space for emotional processing and release. By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, candlelight yoga can contribute to an improved mood and overall sense of well-being.

Thursday night Yin yoga Series.

Gentle stretching and breathing can help to become more present within yourself. Yin Yoga focuses on the joints, ligaments, fascia and bone, rather than muscle, to help create more flexibility and promote tissue regeneration. Complemented with meditation and singing bowls, this class cultivates stillness, greater awareness, and a sense of inner peace. The class is done on the floor, so feel free to bring a blanket, bolster or any other props for your added comfort. 🧘‍♂️🙏🌟
